Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Research and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, service, support, reliability, and reputation.
Obtain and review quotations; negotiate price and terms with vendors.
Issue purchase orders and monitor their status to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
Work closely with inventory, accounts, and operations departments.
Track stock levels and coordinate reordering as needed.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, shortages, or quality concerns.

Short Key Notes:

Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Proven experience (1–2 years) in a purchasing or procurement role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of procurement software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally,).
Ability to analyze data and market trends.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
