Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct price analysis, comparison, negotiation, and finalization of purchase orders and schedules.
Follow up on material procurement, liaising with internal departments for quality checks and payment processing.
Plan procurement strategies for residential and commercial projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective material purchases.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, collecting quotations, preparing rate comparison statements, and securing management approvals for purchase orders.
Identify and onboard new vendors while ensuring vendor compliance with company standards.
Coordinate vendor management tasks, ensuring smooth collaboration between external vendors and internal teams.
Analyze and interpret GFC (Good For Construction) drawings for procurement planning.
Work closely with contractors and project teams for seamless project execution.

Software Skills :

MS excel to find out quantities of items.
Weekly reports.
MS word for making reports.
Using Highrise / Tally to scheduling, tracking the project.
Using Microsoft Project to scheduling, tracking the Project.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in ERP software and procurement best practices.
