Role Description:

This is a full-time role for a Purchase Engineer - Civil & Interiors. The Purchase Engineer will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing purchasing processes, planning and managing purchase orders, and ensuring efficient procurement of materials for civil and interior projects. Additionally, they will work closely with suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms and secure materials on favorable terms. This is an on-site role, located in Chennai.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements:

• Any UG Degree / B.E., Civil., / Dip. in Civil.,
• Experience in Purchase Planning and managing Purchase Orders.
• Minimum 13 + Yrs experience in Constructions Residential field.
• BOQ Preparation skills.
• Vendor analyzing and negotiation skills.
• Civil products purchasing skills.
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing skills.
• Quality of Purchased Products analyzing skills.
• Tamil and English Fluency must.
• Ms-Office, ERP skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in the construction or interior industry mandatory.
