Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Purchasing Controller to support strategic procurement decisions through data-driven insights and KPI monitoring. This role involves close collaboration with international colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure cost-effective purchasing strategies and contribute to the companys bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchasing Steering & KPI Management:

• Drive purchasing performance through proactive data analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor and report on key purchasing KPIs to support strategic decision-making and cost optimization.

• RPP (Raw Material Price Planning) Reporting & Development:

• Lead and support RPP-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Continuously improve RPP reporting tools and methodologies.

• Controlling & Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze monthly business reports, forecasts, and annual plans related to purchasing.
• Track price developments, supplier structures, and other key metrics.

• Direct Material Purchasing Coordination:

• Coordinate controlling activities for Raw Material Index (RMI) in direct material purchasing.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of direct material costs and variances.

• Cost Control & Variance Analysis:

• Monitor raw material cost variances and provide guidance for corrective actions.
• Support initiatives to improve material cost control and supplier efficiency.

Qualifications:

• CA (OR) CMA fully qualified
• Proven experience in purchasing controlling, procurement analytics, or financial planning.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SAP, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
