Pump Assembly

As the Production Planner for Standard Pumps, your primary responsibility will be to plan production activities according to the monthly production plan and priority. You will play a crucial role in monitoring and guiding Officers, Charge-men, and operators to ensure that production is in line with the established plan. Collaboration with the Engineering, QA, and Machine Shop departments will be essential to address any mechanical or performance issues related to the Pumps. Should timing issues arise, you will need to coordinate with IED to establish new timings. Your role will also involve engaging with external Inspection Agencies or Customers for tasks such as Inspection, Approval, and other miscellaneous activities as required. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting inspection tasks, coordinating with COP, TOP, QA, PPC, motivating workmen, and maintaining discipline to nurture positive relationships. Furthermore, you will oversee and coordinate all painting-related activities with subcontractors, ensuring quality control, procurement, and third-party inspection are properly managed.,
