Pump Assembly

You will be responsible for planning the production activities for Standard Pumps in accordance with the monthly production plan and priority. Your role will involve monitoring and providing guidance to Officers, Charge-men, and operators to ensure that production aligns with the plan. Additionally, you will need to collaborate with the Engineering, QA, and Machine Shop departments to address any mechanical or performance issues related to the Pump. In case of timing problems, you will be required to liaise with IED and coordinate to establish new timings. Furthermore, you will be tasked with engaging with outside Inspection Agencies or Customers for Inspection, Approval, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed. Your duties will also include conducting inspection activities, coordinating with COP, TOP, QA, PPC, motivating workmen while maintaining proper discipline and fostering good relationships. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating all painting-related activities with subcontractors, quality control, purchase, and third-party inspection.,
