Publishing Assistant Internship

Applications are invited for the publishing assistant internship in our Delhi office. This role is suitable for graduates who have a basic knowledge of editing and proofreading research papers and intend to gain experience with the publication process in journals.

Major Responsibilities

• Edit manuscripts so that the final text is in standard scientific English and is free of unclear or unidiomatic sentences.
• Upload contents to the website for final publication.
• Conducting data analysis, recognizing process improvement opportunities, and making recommendations.

Required Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Higher qualifications will be preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum Required Skills:

• Interest and understanding of the research publishing process and related ethics.
• Excellent written English skills and attention to detail (strong command of English spelling and grammar)
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Word Document formatting.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.

Selection Method

• In-office interview to test the computer skill (especially MS Word) and command of English Grammar.
