Role Description

This is a hybrid contract role for a Public Speaking Sales Expert based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home acceptable. The Public Speaking Sales Expert will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, giving sales presentations, and improving customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include public speaking events, sales consultations, customer service, and retail sales. The expert will also assist in developing sales strategies and supporting overall business growth.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
• Retail Sales and Sales skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in public speaking and sales presentations
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Previous experience in mental health services or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
