Job Description

Youll teach public speaking both online & offline (1:1, small groups, workshops, schools & universities). From building content, scripts, trackers, to lead engagement, you will be equal parts coach, creator, and operator.

What youll do (core):

Coach: modules on structure - Voice & Body language with soft skills , that is good Delivery in storytelling.
Content: plan weekly calendar; write hooks/scripts; shoot/trim reels; prep carousels.
Editing: fast cuts for IG/YT Shorts; captioning; repurposing long into short.
Ops: build/update trackers (leads, sessions, outcomes, content, feedback); keep dashboards active.
Community & Growth: reply to DMs, qualify inquiries, book trials, manage WhatsApp/IG comments.
Events: coordinate mini-workshops/demos; collect testimonials; publish case studies.
Quality: design simple SOPs; maintain libraries (scripts, thumbnails, templates).
