ElevenUP is a boutique integrated marketing communications firm that is expanding its team. We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Executive who is detail-oriented, a self-starter, a team player, and able to work independently.

The ideal candidate should havecommon sense, creativity, and love public relations and marketing.

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing public relations strategies that align with company goals
• Media Relations - Manage relationships with media outlets to ensure coverage of company news and events

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, journalists, and influencers. Pitch story ideas, and press releases, and arrange interviews to secure media coverage

• Content Creation

1. Write compelling press releases, articles, and other communication materials. Develop engaging content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and newsletters.
2. Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials

• Events

1. Plan and execute PR events, conferences, product launches, or press briefings
2. Coordinate logistics, manage media attendance, and ensure events align with PR goals.

• Reporting and Analytics

1. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns using metrics and tools.
2. Prepare regular reports/coverage dossiers on PR activities and their impact on brand awareness and perception
3. Perform research and market analysis activities

• Documentation and Reporting

1. Build and update media, influencer lists & databases
2. Monitor all forms of media and track client coverage
3. Stay abreast with competition and industry news

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Proven experience in a PR role, preferably in a lifestyle, luxury, and hospitality
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
