We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Executive who is detail-oriented, a self-starter, a team player, and able to work independently. The ideal candidate should have common sense, creativity, and love public relations and marketing. Having a proven track record in managing media relations, executing effective communication strategies, and fostering relationships with various stakeholders is a big plus! Prior PR work experience for 2 years is preferable. Role & responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing public relations strategies that align with company goals Media Relations - Manage relationships with media outlets to ensure coverage of company news and events Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, journalists, and influencers. Pitch story ideas, and press releases, and arrange interviews to secure media coverage Content Creation Write compelling press releases, articles, and other communication materials. Develop engaging content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and newsletters. Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials Events Plan and execute PR events, conferences, product launches, or press briefings Coordinate logistics, manage media attendance, and ensure events align with PR goals. Reporting and Analytics Measure and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns using metrics and tools. Prepare regular reports/coverage dossiers on PR activities and their impact on brand awareness and perception Perform research and market analysis activities Documentation and Reporting Build and update media, influencer lists & databases Monitor all forms of media and track client coverage Stay abreast with competition and industry news Preferred candidate profile Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team player Strong networking and relationship-building abilities Ability to think creatively and strategically Proven experience in a PR role, preferably in a lifestyle, luxury, and hospitality Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Desired profile of the candidate : Prior PR experience preferably in Hospitality, Luxury and lifestyle.
