Public Relations Officer

As a Public Relations Officer (P.R.O) at Cornerstone Health Hospital, your role will involve being the face and voice of the hospital. You will be responsible for representing the hospital in various interactions, maintaining relationships with media, community organizations, and the public, as well as providing support in promotions, events, and grievance redressal. Key Responsibilities: - Represent the hospital in public, media, and internal interactions. - Handle communication with patients, visitors, and stakeholders. - Maintain strong relationships with media, community organizations, and the public. - Assist in hospital promotions, events, and community outreach programs. - Provide support in grievance redressal and feedback handling. Minimum Qualifications: - Education: Plus Two (+2) or higher. - Languages: Must be fluent in English and Malayalam (spoken and written). - Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. - Appearance: Well-presented, polite, and professional. - Other: Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
