Public Relations Executive

Spectrum Opticians - India's 1st Ultra-Luxury Hyper-Personalised Eyewear Boutique. We are redefining the industry with innovation, design, and unparalleled customer service. We have recently expanded to Juhu, Mumbai and we're now hiring for very limited roles.

We are seeking a driven and strategic Public Relations Executive to accelerate growth, drive high-value clientele to the boutique, and build strong partnerships across Mumbai's luxury ecosystem. This role demands a blend of networking prowess, sales intelligence, and a deep understanding of the luxury market.

Your responsibilities will mainly include:

• Identify and onboard high-net-worth individuals, influencers, corporates and brand-aligned clientele.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with luxury clubs, lifestyle brands, real estate agents, and event organisers.
• Drive footfalls and conversions through personalised outreach, corporate tie-ups, and community engagement.

To fulfil these responsibilities, we believe the ideal candidate will have:

• 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or business development roles.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong network or exposure to Mumbai’s luxury/lifestyle/HNI circuit is a plus.
• Well-groomed, confident, and fluent in English and Hindi.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
