Public Relation Officer (PRO)

You will be joining Dr. Gopinath's Diagnosis Service, a renowned laboratory with a legacy of over 30 years in Trivandrum and its branch outlets. As a Public Relations Officer, your role will involve representing the organization professionally, coordinating with patients, doctors, and external partners, maintaining strong public relations across all branches, supporting day-to-day operational activities, and handling confidential information with utmost discretion. Additionally, you will be required to travel between branches and client locations as needed. Qualification Required: - Graduation in any field - Age between 27 to below 40 years - Possession of a valid Indian driving license - Ownership of a two-wheeler for daily work-related travel - Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English - Decent and professional dressing sense - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities Key Responsibilities: - Represent the organization professionally at all times - Coordinate with patients, doctors, and external partners - Maintain strong public relations across all branches - Support day-to-day operational and coordination activities - Handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality - Travel between branches and client locations as required Skills Required: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Professional attitude and problem-solving ability - Time management and coordination skills - High level of integrity and discretion Please note that this is a full-time position requiring in-person work at Trivandrum and branch outlets.
