Job Description

Location: Chennai,Work Shift: 5 days a week, 9 hours a day (10 AM 6 PM),Work Mode: Onsite Provide mental health support (10 AM 6 PM)
Conduct in-person counseling sessions in student hostelsFacilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through the YourDOST portal Undertake floor walks in hostels (along with Wellness Champions) to build visibility, accessibility, and trust with students Maintain timely case notes, records, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus
