Job Description

To provide psychological support and assessments for patients, families, and staff, promoting mental well-being and contributing to holistic healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for referred patients (OPD/IPD).
Provide therapy/counseling to patients dealing with stress, anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, etc.
Support patients with behavioral or emotional difficulties, including pain and grief counseling.
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and social workers for multidisciplinary care planning.
Guide family members and caregivers on how to support patients.
Document patient evaluations and maintain confidentiality.
Conduct short awareness/training sessions for staff on stress management or workplace mental health.
Refer patients to external specialists or resources when advanced psychiatric care is required.

Job Type: Full-time
