Overview:
We are seeking a Product/Service/Resource (P/S/R) Catalogue Modeller to join our Telecom product management and delivery team. The role involves designing, configuring, and maintaining product catalogue models across commercial products, technical services, and network/IT resources. The candidate will work closely with business, architecture, IT, and operations teams to ensure alignment of commercial offers with fulfillment, assurance, and billing processes.
Responsibilities:
Catalogue Modelling
Design and configure P/S/R (Product, Service, Resource) models within the telecom product catalogue.
Translate commercial product definitions into service and resource specifications for fulfillment and assurance.
Maintain catalogue hierarchy, attributes, rules, and dependencies.
Ensure models comply with TM Forum SID, eTOM, and Open Digital Architecture (ODA) standards.
Requirement Translation & Design
Collaborate with business teams to capture new product requirements.
Break down high-level commercial offerings into technical services and network/IT resource models.
Define rules for product composition, eligibility, pricing, and lifecycle management.
Integration & Delivery Support
Work with IT/OSS/BSS teams to integrate catalogue with order management, billing, provisioning, and inventory systems.
Support end-to-end testing of new catalogue models for correct fulfillment and assurance behavior.
Provide impact analysis of catalogue changes on existing systems and customer journeys.
Governance & Documentation
Maintain version-controlled catalogue design documents.
Ensure catalogue changes follow governance, approvals, and release management processes.
Document reusable product and service building blocks to accelerate time-to-market.
Requirements:
Essential:
10–14 years’ experience in telecom product catalogue modelling (Products, services, Resources).
Strong understanding of Telecom OSS/BSS, product lifecycle management, and order orchestration.
Hands-on experience with at least one leading catalogue platform (e.g., Amdocs, Netcracker, Ericsson Catalogue Manager, Sigma/Matrixx, Oracle OSM/BRM, Hansen, Comarch).
Knowledge of TM Forum Frameworx (SID, eTOM, ODA).
Ability to translate commercial offers into technical service/resource models.
Strong analytical, design, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Experience in

XDR, Enterprise Service Management, Venture Investments Partner Solutions

Exposure to microservices-based catalogues and API-first architectures.
Knowledge of order management, fulfillment, and inventory systems.
Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD catalogue deployment.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Telecommunications (or equivalent).
TM Forum certification (SID, ODA, eTOM) desirable.
Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Operations, Vendors).
Detail-oriented, with a structured approach to modelling.
Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
