Your duties will include Assessment and Evaluation, where you will be designing and administering assessments to evaluate students" understanding of concepts and providing constructive feedback on assignments and exams. Classroom Management is a crucial aspect of your job, requiring you to maintain discipline, create a positive learning environment, manage student behavior, and encourage active participation. Your responsibilities also include regular Parent-Teacher Communication. You will be expected to communicate with parents or guardians regarding students" progress, achievements, and areas for improvement. Professional Development is essential, and you should keep abreast of developments in the field of education. Participating in workshops, seminars, and training programs will help enhance your teaching skills and subject knowledge.
