We’re looking for a rare kind of engineer—someone who loves building and thinking. Someone who can sit with our leadership team, understand how we work across different parts of the business, and then design systems that make that work faster, smarter, and more efficiently. You’ll help us identify broken or manual workflows, propose smart solutions, and then build them—whether that’s automating processes with AI, building small apps or agents, or integrating tools like SharePoint and Power BI. You need to be just as comfortable mapping out a process on a whiteboard as you are building a prototype to test it.
