Key Responsibilities 1.Financial Planning and Forecasting o Develop and maintain annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and multi-year financial plans. o Analyze variances between actual performance and forecasts, identifying key drivers and trends. 2.Data Analysis and Reporting o Create detailed financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights for stakeholders. o Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business decisions. 3.Strategic Business Partnership o Collaborate with business units to understand operational performance and support financial decision-making. o Provide recommendations to optimize revenue, control costs, and improve profitability. 4.Financial Modeling o Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis, project evaluation, and investment decisions. o Assess the financial impact of business initiatives and market changes. 5.Process Improvement o Streamline and automate financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. o Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency. 6.Compliance and Governance o Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. o Support audits and other financial reviews as required
