We’re Hiring | Propulsion System Validation Engineer – BEV/PHEV/MHEV

🔧 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering

• Strong experience in

  propulsion system validation

  for

  BEV/PHEV/MHEV

  architectures
• Hands-on with

  PIL, VIL, HIL

  , and

  vehicle-level testing

• Solid understanding of

  electric powertrain components

  (inverter, e-machine, battery, DCDC, etc.)
• Familiarity with

  CAN communication

  ,

  UDS

  , and calibration tools like

  INCA, CANape

• Strong

  problem-solving skills

  with ability to analyze

  system-level interactions and failures

• Experience with

  test automation and data analysis

  tools (Python, MATLAB – nice to have)
• Knowledge of

  ASPICE

  and

  ISO 26262

  is desirable
