Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Muzaffarnagar for a Proprietor at Muskan Enterprises. The Proprietor will oversee daily operations, manage production processes, lead business strategies, and ensure quality control of handwoven rugs. Additional responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating with suppliers, supervising staff, and identifying market opportunities to drive business growth.

• Comprehensive understanding of production processes, quality control, and inventory management
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, client engagement, and supplier coordination
• Experience in financial management, including budgeting and cost control
• Proficiency in business development and ability to identify new market opportunities
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and decision-making ability
• Experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is a plus
