Position: Online Bidder / Business Development Executive
Location: Surat (On-site)
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, Guru, LinkedIn, and other portals.
• Write effective bids & proposals for IT services (Web, Mobile, Software, Digital Solutions).
• Understand client requirements, communicate with the technical team, and prepare customized proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with international clients and ensure follow-ups for project closure.
• Work with the sales & technical team to achieve monthly targets.
• Research and identify new platforms and opportunities for lead generation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in online bidding / IT sales / business development.
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
• Strong understanding of IT services like software development, web development, mobile apps, and digital solutions.
• Ability to negotiate, handle objections, and close deals.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
