Proposal Writer - Securities Services Sales Enablement Group

Role Overview: You have the opportunity to join the Securities Services Sales Enablement Group as a Proposal Writer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing customized proposals for prospective and existing clients in the Americas region and beyond. By collaborating with various stakeholders, you will craft compelling proposals that align with the bid strategy, client benefits, and organizational positioning. Your role will involve managing multiple documents, engaging with subject matter experts, and ensuring proposals meet client requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Create best-in-class proposals for the Americas region and other regions as needed. - Manage proposals and relationship documents with excellent written communication skills. - Project manage multiple documents with different stakeholders and tight deadlines. - Review proposal needs, determine key project requirements, and construct tailored materials. - Generate initial drafts using content knowledge base and coordinate with subject matter experts. - Interface with management and sales staff to ensure proposals meet client requirements and bid strategy. - Drive the deal process, provide consultative input, and proactively identify risks. - Synthesize information from multiple stakeholders into competitive proposals aligned with firm branding. - Coordinate with subject matter experts and content manager to update the central knowledge base. - Build relationships with internal clients across regions, understanding cultural nuances, and engaging with the Regional Proposal Manager. Qualifications Required: - Solid background in writing sales documents and understanding key messages and unique selling points. - Demonstrated understanding of the securities services industry and associated products. - Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage tight schedules. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence partners and stakeholders. - Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
