Job Description

As a Proposal Engineer at Smart Infrastructure, a trusted partner of Siemens Ltd., your role involves reviewing RFQ/Enquiry documents, understanding requirements techno-commercially, and preparing budgetary and firm bids, offer text, cost calculations, and time schedules in association with Sales regions/ICB Partners/BD. Here are your key responsibilities: - Review RFQ/Enquiry documents and understand requirements techno-commercially - Prepare budgetary and firm bids, offer text, cost calculations, time schedules, and other bid documents after evaluating RFQ & Enquiry - Correspond with vendors/procurement for correct specifications and costs for optimum techno-commercial offers - Provide technical clarifications to Partners (Sales/ICB/BD) - Attend technical discussions and provide technical clarifications to clients/Partners/Sales/ICB/BD - Maintain the project list and achieve the Order intake targets assigned - Coordinate with operations for Proposal Optimization - Evaluate/analyze win/loss orders - Contribute ideas for cost optimization to PLM/Operations This job is based out of Kalwa, Navi Mumbai, India.
