Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposal Engineer at Baumer Technologies, located in Mumbai. The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing and writing proposals, analyzing electrical engineering requirements, supporting the sales team, and coordinating procurement activities. Daily tasks include creating detailed project proposals, working closely with clients and internal teams to understand project needs, and ensuring that all proposals meet company standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

Experience in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing
Strong knowledge and background in Electrical Engineering
Skills in Sales and client relationship management
Experience with Procurement processes and strategies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field
Previous experience in a similar role within the technology or engineering sector is preferred
