This role involves working directly with the founder and being on responsible for managing the complete operations and customer experience for the Properties assigned to him/her. He/She will act as a Mini-CEO and will lead a team of on-ground staff to implement the StayMazing standards and experiences to ensure customer delight and achievement of revenue targets.
We are looking for a candidate who is intrinsically motivated and is ready to learn and grow at a fast pace. He/She should be excellent at problem-solving, people management & communication, and should take complete responsibility for his/her tasks.
