Property Manager/Real Estate Agent

Key Responsibilities of Manager - Real Estate:

• Oversee the operations and maintenance of properties in Goa.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local tenants, property owners, and clients. Address concerns and resolve disputes promptly.
• Handle lease agreements, renewals, terminations, and rent collections. Ensure lease terms comply with Goa's real estate laws and market practices.
• Prepare and manage budgets for properties, track expenses, and ensure profitability. Provide regular financial reports to property owners or stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the real estate trends in Goa, including property values, rental rates, and seasonal fluctuations, properties.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific real estate laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards, including those related to coastal zone regulations.
• Supervise and manage local contractors, service providers (maintenance, security, etc.), and negotiate contracts.
