Job Description

Key Responsibilities of Property Manager

Property Maintenance & Operations:

  • Managing Day to Day operations of the Property.
    • Maintenance and upkeep of the property to match the world class standards.
    • Arranging for and overseeing routine maintenance and repairs.
    • Conducting property inspections and planning renovations.
    • Managing HK, landscaping, and other property services.
    • Efficiently Manage Parking, Security and Safety.
    • Arranging Training for all Support Staffs as and when required.
    • Prepare Monthly Maintenance Reports
  • Tenant Management:

    • Attracting and screening prospective tenants.
    • Negotiating and enforcing lease agreements.
    • Collecting rent and security deposits on Time
    • Resolving tenant complaints and disputes.
  • Financial Management:

    • Setting rental rates based on market conditions and property features.
    • Marketing properties to attract tenants
    • Managing operational expenses and preparing annual budgets.
    • Collecting and analysing data to prepare financial reports.
    • Prepare Monthly P & L for the property.
  • Compliance & Administration:

    • Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
    • Maintain Cordial relations with Local Authorities
    • Handling necessary legal documentation and agreements.

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

    For building relationships with property owners, tenants, and contractors, and for resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Have keen attention to detail: -

    Meticulously checking work for accuracy, Neatness & Identifying errors through detailed checks and precise task completion.
  • Organizational & Time Management Skills:

    To prioritize multiple deadlines and manage the diverse tasks of property management efficiently.
  • Financial Acumen:

    For setting budgets, tracking expenditures, and analysing financial data.
  • Knowledge of Property Management Software

    : Experience with real estate accounting software is often a plus

  • Education & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Working Experience of Minimum Ten years in a Five Star Hotel/Commercial Property/Malls.
  • Diploma in Hotel Management will be preferred and will be an added value
