Qualifications

• Property Management skills
• Knowledge of Appfolio, Yardi, and Buildium is a plus
• Fluent in English, good understanding of American English.
• Spanish-speaking is a Plus
• Lease Administration and Administrative Assistance skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Prior experience in property management or real estate is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial
