Job Description

Position Overview:

MRI Software is seeking a Property Accountant-II to join our team! This individual will prepare monthly financial statements for commercial and residential management clients.

Responsibilities:

Reconcile bank statements
Post tenant receipts
Post journal entries
Analyze balance sheet and income statements for unusual activity and report to client
Produce financial statement reports and submit to owner/management company
Always maintain open line of communication with clients

Skills and other requirements:

3-4 years experience as a property accountant with commercial or residential management company
Experience using MRI/Yari/RealPage/Entrata/Appfolio Software applications a plus
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management through written and/or verbal communication
Ability to work independently
Ability to work under deadlines
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities
A high degree of dependability, motivation and flexibility
Individuals should be ready to in US Shift or US working hours

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.com) or related field CA/CPA/CMA; Masters preferred – and/or relevant qualification and/or relevant experience
