Proofreader ( Academic writer Only)

We're seeking a skilled academic writer with 2–3 years of experience who can manage academic assignments across various subjects and train fresher content writers to become proficient academic writers. This is a full-time, in-office position.

• Handle and deliver high-quality academic writing assignments across multiple domains & subjects.
• Review, proofread, and edit academic content to ensure clarity, originality, and adherence to academic standards.
• Mentor and train junior/fresher content writers in academic writing best practices, including research skills, citation styles, and plagiarism avoidance.
• Coordinate project timelines, maintain consistent quality, and troubleshoot writing challenges.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure on-time, client-focused delivery.

• 2–3 years’ proven experience in academic writing (covering varied subjects or domains).

• Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and various academic writing styles (APA, MLA, Harvard, Chicago, etc.).

• Experience in mentoring or training junior writers is highly preferred.

• Ability to research and adapt quickly to new topics.
• Attention to detail, time management, and commitment to deadlines.

• This is a full-time, in-office role (not remote or freelance).
• Candidates with a portfolio/sample work will be given preference.
