Job Title: Field Promoter Location: Patna, Bihar Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Field Work Job Summary: We are hiring a Field Promoter to represent and promote products from reputed companies and trusted brands in the Patna market. This is a field-based role ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a good understanding of the local market, and a passion for on-ground marketing. A personal two-wheeler is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Promote and demonstrate products from well-known companies to potential customers. Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and end-users. Gather market feedback and report customer insights. Participate in local marketing campaigns and distribute promotional materials. Meet daily/weekly outreach and engagement targets. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate from any stream. Prior experience in field sales or promotional roles is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of the Patna market. Must own a bike and have a valid driving license. Self-driven and result-oriented. Perks: Performance-based incentives. Travel allowance (if applicable).
