Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Projects Head - Interiors. The Project's Head will be responsible for overseeing interior design projects from conception to completion, coordinating with architects, clients, and contractors to ensure projects meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. The role also entails preparing and presenting design proposals, leading project meetings, and resolving any on-site issues efficiently.

You need to develop a system for the smooth running of projects from post-sales to handover

Qualifications

• Proficiency in interior design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
• Strong skills in project management, resource allocation, and budget management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with architects, clients, and contractors
• Experience in preparing and presenting design proposals
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, with relevant operations expereinces
• Experience in the architecture or interior design industry is a plus
