Project/Program Manager (Enterprise Digital Transformation)

As a Program Manager - Enterprise Digital Transformation for our American MNC client in Bangalore, you will be responsible for leading digital transformation programs from planning to execution. Your role will involve collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and process flows, supporting solution design, testing, and change management, and driving project governance, reporting, and compliance with enterprise standards. Additionally, you will manage project risks, dependencies, and performance dashboards, and contribute to portfolio planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead digital transformation programs from planning to execution. - Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and process flows. - Support solution design, testing, and change management. - Drive project governance, reporting, and compliance with enterprise standards. - Manage project risks, dependencies, and performance dashboards. - Contribute to portfolio planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Qualifications Required: - Masters in Business, Information Systems, or related field (Operations background a plus). - 12+ years of experience in program/project management or business analysis. - Strong grasp of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. - Skilled in tools such as MS Project, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and Excel. - Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills. In addition to the required qualifications, preferred qualifications for this role include PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification, experience in enterprise PMO or large-scale transformation programs, and familiarity with PPM tools and digital process optimization.,
