Essential Qualification-:

• Three-year Graduate degree in Public Health / Community Health / Population Studies/ Demography / Social Work / Life Sciences with three years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field OR •
• Postgraduate degree in Public Health / Community Health / Population Studies/ Demography / Social Work / Life Sciences

Desirable Qualification & Job Responsibilities-:

• Experience in field-based research, preferably in community health or snakebite-related projects.
• Experience in field-based data collection and community engagement activities.
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic data entry/management tools.
• Willingness to undertake extensive field visits in rural areas (Dindori and Surgana) and Nashik district.

  Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day implementation of SARPA project activities at study sites.
• Conduct field visits for data collection, interviews, and follow-up with participants.
• Support community awareness programmes, training sessions, and other outreach activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry, verification, and maintenance of project records.
• Provide logistical and technical support for field surveys, training workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
• Liaise with local health staff, community workers, and project team members for smooth execution of activities.
• Contribute to documentation of field activities, progress updates, and reports.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Principal Investigator/Project Scientist for the successful implementation of the project.

• Model Rural Health Research Unit (MRHRU), Vani, District Nashik, and ICMR-NIRRCH, Mumbai (as per project requirements under the supervision of the Principal Investigator).

• The candidate will be required to travel frequently to different study sites in rural areas (Dindori and Surgana blocks) and Nashik district for field activities.
