Essential Qualification-:

• Three-year Graduate degree in Public Health / Community Health / Population Studies/ Demography / Social Work / Life Sciences with three years of experience in the relevant field OR
• Postgraduate degree in Public Health / Community Health / Population Studies/ Demography / Social Work / Life Sciences

Desirable Qualification & Job Responsibilities-:

• Experience in field-based research, preferably in community health
• Experience in field-based data collection and community engagement activities
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic data entry/management tools
• Willingness to undertake extensive field visits in rural and tribal areas

  Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day implementation of MRHRU project activities at study sites
• Conduct field visits for data collection, interviews, and follow-up with participants
• Mentor and support field staff
• Support community awareness programmes, training sessions, and other outreach activities
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry, verification, and maintenance of project records
• Provide logistical and technical support for field surveys, training workshops, and stakeholder meetings
• Liaise with local health staff, community workers, and project team members for smooth execution of activities
• Contribute to documentation of field activities, progress updates, and reports
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Nodal Officer/Project Scientist for the successful implementation of the project

• Place of posting for all posts will be Model Rural Health Research Unit (MRHRU), Vani, District Nashik, and ICMRNIRRCH, Mumbai (as per project requirements under the supervision of the Nodal Officer).
• The candidate will be required to travel frequently to study sites for field activities.
