Role & responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily on-site operations for assigned projects. Ensure that all project activities are completed according to specifications, within budget, and on schedule. Monitor and enforce safety standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. Liaise with project managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration. Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and schedules. Identify and resolve any issues or delays that could impact project timelines or quality. Oversee the use and maintenance of equipment and materials. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and adherence to plans. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members and subcontractors.
