Job Description

1. To be at site and supervise the day to day activity by the various contractors to accomplish the goal. To plan the work schedule and completion time for each tasks to make the job completion at min. time and best quality. To check the quality of the material and record the same. To control all documents and co ordinate with office in regards of document and material. To plan daily, weekly, and monthly plan of work in understanding with client, and contractors. To check prepare MOM with client and contractor and get document signed by them as per the regulations. 2. To Study and Understand the drawing. 3. Plan the schedule as per the site clearance. 4. To understand the specification of Material Required. 5. To check the material as per the Specification and keep records. 6. To keep proper Register & filling system. 7. Understand the material Spec. 8. To check the daily work completion, Balance work, and work Schedule. 9. Daily reporting the work done and balance to in charge. 10. Preparation of the quantity installation done and certification from client. 11. Sending approved and certified quantity to office for preparation of bills. 12. Making follow up for the payment from client as and when required. 13. Certification and approval of the invoice raised by the contractors. Why it is required. 1. By understanding the drawing and spec. the planning of the work shall be easy and accurate. 2. The Inspection of material and work shall be easy and accurate. 3. The records shall help to know and check the flow of material & work. 4. Records and follow up shall help to complete the project in time with good quality. 5. Challans shall be important document to get the payment. 6. Good planning shall make the completion fast and at low cost. How needs to be done: 1) Regular study of drawing, BOQ, material Specification with respect to Site condition. 2) Timely inspection, checking, and recording of the action. 3) Continuous follow up for the pending issues and get target completion. 4) Discussion with Client and contractor for any deviation, or changes required as per the requirement with co ordination with design department. 5) Daily checking of the work done and making report of the same Duties: 1) On time and punctual.
