Role & responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution.
2. Site Design & Layout.
3. Procurement & Vendor management.
4. Budget & Cost Control.
5. Stakeholder communication,
6. Quality & Compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Bachelors degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Hospitality

Management, or a related field. PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Proven experience (4+ years) as a Project In-Charge, with at least 3 years of experience

specifically managing the setup or construction of commercial kitchens, restaurants, or

cloud kitchens. Strong knowledge of kitchen design principles, food service equipment, and commercial construction processes. Experience in vendor negotiation and management.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced

environment.
