Role & responsibilities

• Practical knowledge & experience of independently handling Interior Design Fit-Out projects. This may include interior fit outs of F&B Retail, QSR, Restaurants, Residential, Retail, Office, Commercial projects.
• Should have thorough knowledge of Civil & Interior works like Brick work/Block work, plastering, concreting, water proofing, tiling, flooring works, marble works, wall paneling, wall finishing, false ceiling works, woodworks etc. Working knowledge & capabilities of managing MEP packages associated with the interior fit outworks
• Act as the main technical adviser on the site for contractors and clients.
• Capable of reading and understanding plans, drawings and verify measurements, quantities, contractor's bills and manage to complete the project as per approved design, drawings, quality & specifications and within the defined timelines.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
• Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of contractors.
• Planning & preparing work schedules and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed timelines
• Preparing daily reports & updating the progress
