Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage civil engineering works across all project stages (design, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout).
Review, coordinate, and approve designs, drawings, and technical submittals.
Monitor contractors' performance, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, safety, and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections, progress reviews, and risk assessments.
Interface between clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams.
Prepare project reports, schedules, and documentation for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (masters degree preferred).
8 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years in PMC roles.
Proven track record in delivering Residencial Rise buildings, Educational Institution Buildings, commercial Buildings.
Strong knowledge of project management tools, standards, and methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with FIDIC / contract management practices is an advantage.
