Project Locations : Chengalpet and Nemili (ECR Road- Near Taj ECR)Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive (Sales)Location: Chennai, Tamil NaduCTC: 3.84 LPA – 7.80 LPAHow can you make an Impact?The core purpose of this role is to ensure timely sale of units in the allocated project.Will provide accurate & relevant information to customers on price, delivery &specifications of unit/projectby conducting site visits and responding to enquiries via calls & emails within the assigned timelines.Liaising with back office, legal & accounts department to facilitate documentation and timely resolution ofcustomer queries.Will be responsible for existing payment(s) and timely collection(s) thereof.Maintaining& developing relationships with all prospect & existing customers to generate referrals to achievesales target.Daily updating of details on Sales Force software.What are we looking for?

• Passionate about Sales, self-motivated and enthusiastic professional with 0-4 yrs of work experience
  

(preferably from real estate background)

• Fluent in communication – both English & Tamil.
• High on integrity, energy & enthusiasm.
• Passionate about adding value and creating high impact
