Project Sales officer

You are a dynamic and result-oriented Project Sales Officer located in Raipur. Your primary responsibility will be handling sales for private projects such as residential, commercial, and institutional buildings. Regular site visits will be essential to monitor project requirements, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with builders, contractors, and site engineers. Generating new leads, coordinating with internal teams, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring client satisfaction are crucial aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Handle sales for private projects (residential, commercial, institutional, etc.) - Regular site visits to monitor and manage project requirements - Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and site engineers - Generate new leads and convert them into successful project deals - Coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries and technical support - Provide product demonstrations and ensure client satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in project sales (preferably in paints, construction, or building materials) - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple project sites - Own vehicle preferred for site visits - Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory) In addition, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, flexible schedule, internet reimbursement, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
