The candidate will be responsible for meeting builders and contractors, generating leads for new projects, and helping the company achieve its sales targets. ______________ Key Responsibilities : Regularly meet with builders, contractors, and developers to promote our products for their projects. Identify new project leads and bring them into the companys sales pipeline. Understand client requirements and recommend the best product solutions accordingly. Explain company products and services in detail to clients. Maintain a proactive approach to achieve sales targets. Analyze market trends, competition, and client feedback, and report to management. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, customer service) for smooth delivery and billing. Timely follow-up and build strong client relationships. ______________ Required Skills and Qualification s: Minimum 1-3 years experience in sales/field sales or project sales, preferably in building materials or interior-related products. Good knowledge and network of builders and contractors is an advantage. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and result-driven. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software). Ability to work independently and comfortable with field visits. Target Oriented Professional visits to architects and interior designers' offices will be required
