Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and relationship building with clients.
  • Identify potential customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions using our products/services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, operations) to deliver high-quality project proposals and presentations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-6 years of experience in Institutional Sales or Government Projects.
  • Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
