Project Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare Project Quality Plan (PQP) and other technical procedures.
• Review of Technical Bid Evaluation Sheet (T.B.E), Inspection and test plan (I.T.P) and other operating procedures for LLIs.
• Finalization of Construction procedures, ITP, QA Procedures, Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR)
• Effective coordination with Client, Subcontractor, and Vendor during all phase of project
• Lead a team of QC members comprising of Civil, Welding, Painting/Coating, Electrical and Instrumentation discipline.
• Ensure compliance of all Quality requirements as per scope of work.

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering graduate with 15 +years of experience
• Experienced in executing QA/QC requirements for EPC Projects in Oil and Gas Sector.
• Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
• Certifications in Welding and Painting discipline are added advantage.
• Approvals in ADNOC/ARAMCO/PDO/other major oil companies are mandatory.
• Fluent in English and good in drafting technical letters and reports.
• Need to reside at site project accommodation.
