Project Planning & Contract Management Expert (Hydro PSP)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring effective resource deployment, and expediting resource mobilization with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will lead annual budgeting processes, support in preparing tender documents, and conduct root cause analysis to address project issues and improve performance. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, implementing best practices in project management, and providing leadership to project teams. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate site activities and ensure effective resource deployment - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for resource mobilization - Lead annual budgeting processes and monitor project expenses - Support in preparing tender documents and providing input on project schedule - Conduct root cause analysis to address project issues - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and environmental standards - Implement best practices in project management to optimize project efficiency - Monitor and control project billing, invoicing, and budget allocation - Provide leadership and guidance to project teams - Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure project success - Conduct regular project reviews and report on project progress to senior management Qualifications: - B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering - Post Graduation from NICMAR - Minimum 20 years of experience in the Renewable Energy Industry - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification - Proficiency in Scheduling tools like P6 & MSP are valuable additions Additional Details: N/A,
