JOB PROFILE

Project Planner

Position: Project Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using

  Primavera P6 or MS Project.

• Coordinate planning activities with project managers and stakeholders.
• Identify critical paths, risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track project progress, analyze deviations, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to schedule-related decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s in Engineering or Project Management.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project planning/scheduling.
• Proficient in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Position: Project Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.
• Analyze financial performance and report cost variances.
• Collaborate with planners and project teams to align cost and schedule data.
• Support project risk management and change control processes.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure audit compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering

  ,

  Project Management, or related field.

• 6+ years of experience in project control or cost analysis.
• Strong knowledge of project financial reporting and budget tracking.
• Familiarity with planning tools and ERP systems is a plus.
