Project Mgt Backend Services

You will be responsible for complete project management of Connectivity Backend at koda Auto Volkswagen India (SAVWIPL). Your key responsibilities and tasks will include: - Leading and steering all activities with relevant development supplier, stakeholders, and internal customers - Keeping track and steering activities within the internal team for all relevant modules - Actively engaging in management discussions with internal and external stakeholders - Cultivating an innovation culture and making decisions - Preparing regular reports for analysis and presentation - Coordinating with the team and internal stakeholders during development and production phases - Presenting reports to various stakeholders like Skoda MB, suppliers, and business areas - Assessing project risks in early stages and proposing mitigation plans - Ensuring group compliance rules are followed and informing relevant stakeholders of changes - Creating and approving change requests within defined scope, time, and commercials - Ensuring quality and consistency between development and final deployment - Stabilizing IT services and increasing service quality by minimizing negative consequences of incidents - Proactively solving problems within given timeframes - Managing project budget estimation and resource planning - Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve cross-functional objectives and optimize cost, time, and quality - Identifying market trends and growth opportunities and contributing to long-term strategic plans Qualifications required for this role include: - BE/ ME in Electrical/Electronics - Minimum 8-10 years of experience - Good experience in backend services - Technical experience in cloud systems and stages - Communication skills - Negotiation and assertive skills - Good administrative skills for planning and structure development To know more about SAVWIPL, you can visit www.skoda-vw.co.in.
